Terms and Conditions Terms and ConditionsREFUND/RETURNS POLICYYou can purchase in confidence. If any product is defective and you return the same within a period of 14 days from receipt date, we will forward a replacement or full refund. Goods damaged in transit must be notified to Gloves4less within three days of receipt. Returned goods should be covered by insured/compensated parcel post. Gloves4less will not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. All returns are subject to condition that the item(s) and packaging are unused and in perfect condition. Product(s) returned as unwanted will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Gloves4less reserve the right to deduct an amount from any refund should we deem that the returned item(s) / Packaging do not fulfill the previous criteria. Any such punitive deduction is entirely at our discretion without resort to mediation. Postal, carriage or other delivery charges for items returned are at the expense of the returnee and Gloves4less do not accept any liability whatsoever for charges incurred when returning any item previously supplied by us. PRODUCT GUARANTEESAll Products are covered by manufacturer's warranty for a period of 12 months or as specified by the manufacturer. Items deemed to be faulty within the guarantee period should be returned to Gloves4less, we are unable to service any guarantee claims or returns without proof of purchase information. SECURITYAll transactions are handled by a secure server. Credit card information is encrypted, so you can shop in complete confidence. Should you wish to pay by alternative method such as cheque or postal order please allow 7 days for process prior to goods despatch. TERMS OF TRADINGNo contract will subsist between you and Gloves4less for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Gloves4less has received funds for payment in full by any method as detailed and currently credit card, cheque, or U.K. postal order and such funds have been cleared and banked. Acceptance of the order will be deemed complete when provision of funds as specified have been wholly allocated by the appropriate method and cleared by our nominated bank. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and you and Gloves4less irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
